An opportunity has become available at JHP Transport (Lanark) Limited. Due to recent growth within the company. We are looking for an experienced person to join our team in the accounts department who can deal with Payroll, HR and general accounts. Must have experience in Sage 50 accounts and computerised payroll systems. Good telephone manner and experience in computing is very important. Someone who is a fast learner and understand new systems quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities will include:

> Payroll for covering 150 – 200 employees (Bright pay)

> All HR

> Sales ledger control

> Purchase ledger control

> Dealing with customer enquiries regarding accounts and credit control

> Collect and enter data from various spread sheets

> Dealing with suppliers

> Answering the phone

Key Skills

> Bright pay (Payroll System)

> Sage 50 accounts

> Experience with outlook

> Experience with excel

> Bookkeeping

> Excellent attention to detail

> Organisation skills
